What is not included in the plans?

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp
  • Site Plan (can be provided upon request)
  • Electrical Plan (can be provided upon request)
  • Mechanical Drawings (can be provided upon request)
  • Plumbing Drawings (can be provided upon request)
  • Materials list (can be provided upon request)

Building Code Compliance:
Due to diverse requirements across states and municipalities, the plans might not cover all the information needed by your local building department. In such situations, we suggest hiring a local design professional or engineer to help align the plans with your specific local building code.

Architectural or Engineering Stamp:
In certain states, it’s necessary for a licensed architect or engineer to review and stamp the plans. If this applies to your building location, a local professional can provide the necessary assistance.

Foundation Layout Plan:

Shows the foundation details and setting out plan.

Floor Plan:

Shows the arrangement of interior walls and provides dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, verandah, voids etc., on each level of the house.

Exterior Elevations:

Display the front, side, and rear views of the house, showcasing exterior materials, details, and roof.

Building Cross Sections:

Shows details of the house as though it were cut in slices from the roof to the foundation. These cross sections spill the beans on how the home is built, the insulation, flooring, wall height, roof pitches.. etc Oh, and we throw in multiple cross sections to show off all the different work we’ve got in mind.

Roof Plan and Details:

Gives you a sky-high view of the roof’s valleys, ridges, and dormers, if there are any. Plus, throws in all the measurements you need for the roof.

Doors/Windows Schedule and Details:

Get a breakdown of every door and window in the project with a handy itemized list. Also, dish out the specifics on the plan, section, and elevation views for each door and window.

Notes & Details:

Provides details on structural specifications, excavation and grading, masonry and concrete work, carpentry and wood specifics, and specifications for tiles, flooring, glazing, ceilings, wall, paint, and more.

3D Visualization:

Offers both interior and exterior 3D perspectives. You can choose the number of views, select specific rooms and sides, and even customize them according to your preferences.
